Adele Eggel has the reputation of being one of the nicest people in real estate. We can say, unequivocally, that her reputation is well-deserved. Born and raised in Kailua, Oahu, Ms. Eggel received her Hawaii real estate license in 1987 and joined the Clark team in 1988. A committed self-improver, Ms. Eggel received her GRI designation in 1990, her broker's license in 1991 and was selected to open Clark Realty's Hilo office in 1995.
With new sales territory to pioneer, Ms. Eggel recruited her sales team, got business going and still found
time to study for her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.
This commitment to on-going education continues; she recently obtained her
ePro designation, sponsored by the
National Association of Realtors 
.
Of course, Ms. Eggel has also found time to take a leadership role in community projects such as the Big
Island Housing Foundation and major responsibility for Hawaii Island Board of
Realtors (HIBR)
fund-raising events. Her countless contributions to real estate and her personal dignity and charm were recognized
in 1998 when she was voted the "most professional" real estate agent on the Big Island by
AMRR
(America's Most Referred Real Estate). In 2000, she was again recognized, this time as the Hawaii Island
Board of Realtor's Realtor of the Year, the highest accolade given by the local Board. She is the past President of the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors.
