Born and raised in the Islands, Mr. Clark graduated from Kamuela's Hawaii Preparatory Academy and went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from New York University. After several years as a financial analyst and strategic planner for C. Brewer & Company Ltd. in Honolulu, Mr. Clark entered real estate and in 1980 became Broker-in-Charge of the Kona office of Honolulu-based Bradley Properties. In 1986 he became a partner in Bradley Properties. In 1994, he purchased the Big Island operation of Bradley Properties, renamed it Clark Realty Corporation and began expanding the company's Island-wide presence.
He has served as president of the Kona Board of
Realtors
, president of the
Hawaii Association of Realtors
and in many capacities on various committees
for local and state-wide real estate associations. Mr. Clark's many contributions to real estate were
recognized when he was named Realtor of the Year 2000 for the state of Hawaii.
Setting the pace for the management team, Mr. Clark lends his support to community organizations as
well. He was Chairman of the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, Hawaii
Preparatory Academy
, from 1992 to 2000
and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Big Island YMCA. He is a member of the
YMCA of Honolulu's
Board of Directors and serves on the Finance Committee of
Family Support Services
